For starters there was a little mix up with my order so I emailed customer support. I was amazed they responded literally a minute later and took care of the issue right away. My brother’s favorite scripture is John 3:17 so I was searching for a cross in google with it engraved . I couldn’t find anything with 3:17 until I came across this necklace and am so happy I did. It is beautiful. I was worried if you could actually read it and you can. My brother absolutely loves it too. Thank you for your beautiful products and not overcharging so we can be blessed with such a beautiful piece. I highly recommend this necklace you won’t be disappointed.

The latest one I purchased (John 3:16) is beautiful. It has been a conversation opener. It's inscription is very easy to read. My granddaughter reads while on my neck every time I'm with her.
