Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

My Giving Store is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, My Giving Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

We will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim when possible.
